Items returned for exchange or store credit must be in original, unworn condition and must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

Offe Jewellers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the item has been worn, resized, modified, or is not returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns if you change your mind (even on sale product) and you can try again and exchange for something else. For on-line purchases only we can offer a refund.

If you intend to return your item, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. If you are exchanging the item with another, please let us know your new selection so we can make sure it is in stock and hold it for you if necessary.

Returns can be handled in-store at any one of our three locations, or addressed to:

If an item is faulty:

We take great pride in our product and sincerely hope you never receive a faulty product from us. All of our items are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee. Once we have evaluated the item, we will contact you with the reason for the fault and let you know how we will remedy the issue under warranty. Remedy can include repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. If your piece is deemed faulty we will also refund you the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

However, if we determine that the circumstances for fault were related to mis-use, general wear and tear, and or environmental factors, we will advise that there are no grounds to claim under warranty and will offer you a quote to have the item repaired or replaced.

Irrespective of the severity of the fault or defect, we guarantee that we will comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
