Standard workshop lead times apply. This service is not available while you wait and items will need to be left with our workshop.

• Limit of one (1) ring per customer for a full emery, polish and ultrasonic clean.

• Additional rings (up to five total per customer) will receive a light polish and ultrasonic clean only.

• Invisible set rings are excluded from this promotion.

• Claws and settings will be inspected to check the security of diamonds and precious gemstones. If maintenance or repairs are required, a quote will be provided prior to any work being carried out.

• White gold rings are typically rhodium plated to enhance their bright white appearance. As part of this promotion, white gold rings will be polished but will not be re-rhodium plated. Polishing may remove any remaining rhodium plating, meaning the ring may return showing the natural colour of the white gold alloy, although it will be professionally cleaned and polished.

• Jewellery will be professionally cleaned using standard workshop processes including ultrasonic cleaning. While all care is taken, Offe Jewellers is not responsible for stone loss or damage caused by pre-existing wear, loose settings, or structural weaknesses that may become apparent during cleaning or inspection.

• If a stone is identified as loose prior to cleaning, the customer may be advised that cleaning cannot proceed until the setting is repaired.
