Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Offe Jewellers offers complimentary delivery on all online orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a flat delivery fee of $15.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside of Offe Jewellers’ control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our nominated courier service. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Offe Jewellers so we can assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.

Offe Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Offe Jewellers complies with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where an item:

• is faulty or defective

• is not as described

• is significantly different from a sample shown

• does not perform as expected

Where a product has a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, Offe Jewellers may elect to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe.

Change of Mind Exchanges

If you change your mind, Offe Jewellers may offer an exchange or store credit, provided that:

• the item is returned within 14 days of purchase

• the item is in original, unworn condition

• the item includes all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be exchanged unless faulty.

Exclusions

Change of mind exchanges are not available for:

• special orders

• custom made jewellery

• resized rings

• items that show signs of wear or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges. Offe Jewellers recommends using a tracked and insured postage service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit during return.

Where a return is required due to a fault or error on the part of Offe Jewellers, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items returned for exchange or store credit must be in original, unworn condition and must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

Offe Jewellers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the item has been worn, resized, modified, or is not returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

A 12 month guarantee and 14 day change of mind policy applies to online purchases. Why not take advantage of our unique diamond guarantee on manufacture and quality.
