Delivery Guarantee


We deliver all orders within Australia via Australia Post express or parcel post service. All deliveries will require a signature. When you spend $100 or more at Offe Jewellers we will ship your order for FREE! When your order is less than $100 you can select the parcel post option ($10), or the express post option ($15).

We do not ship orders over $5000. These purchases are available for collection in-store only. Simply show your on-line receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online), the credit card used for your purchase, and a form of photo ID.

We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours, however on occasion this is not possible due to items being out of stock. If the item cannot be re-ordered, you will be given a refund. If the item can be re-ordered your order will be placed on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. You can choose whether to accept the new delivery date of your item or if this doesn’t suit you, you can elect to receive a full refund.

Damage or loss in transit can occasionally happen. If it does, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us Mon-Fri on (08 8532 2203) to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia only.

Returns Guarantee


Changed your mind? How to return for refund or exchange:

At Offe Jewellers it is our mission to help you find the best product to fit your needs. Whether you have bought on-line or in one of our stores. We know that sometimes it can take a couple of tries to find the perfect piece. Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns if you change your mind (even on sale product) and you can try again and exchange for something else. For on-line purchases only we can offer a refund. 

If you intend to return your item, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. If you are exchanging the item with another, please let us know your new selection so we can make sure it is in stock and hold it for you if necessary.

If returning an item in person in-store, please ensure that you bring along your on-line receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online), the credit card used for your purchase, and a form of photo ID.

When returning an item, we obviously require that the item is unworn, with the original pricing tickets still attached and in the original packaging. You will need to include in the parcel a copy of the email receipt that you would have received when the item was first purchased.

If an item is faulty:

We take great pride in our product and sincerely hope you never receive a faulty product from us. All of our items are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee. If you suspect that your purchase is faulty, please contact us by email help@offejewellers.com.auor phone (08 8532 2203) to discuss how you can return the item for inspection.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s and delivery address is clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery issues, we encourage you send your returns back by registered post or with a service that is signed for.

Once we have evaluated the item, we will contact you with the reason for the fault and let you know how we will remedy the issue under warranty. Remedy can include repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. If your piece is deemed faulty we will also refund you the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

However, if we determine that the circumstances for fault were related to mis-use, general wear and tear, and or environmental factors, we will advise that there are no grounds to claim under warranty and will offer you a quote to have the item repaired or replaced.

Offe Jewellery uses the Shopify platform and payment services which are automatically PCI compliant by default. When you shop with Offe Jewellers you can rest easy knowing that Shopify have invested significant time and money to obtain a Level 1 PCI certification and that the certification covers the store, shopping cart and web hosting.

Offe Jewellers pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST (goods and services tax).

Offe Jewellers aims to offer you competitive pricing and value for money both instore or online. Providing great quality jewellery at reasonable prices so you can build an extensive jewellery wardrobe that you are completely happy with.

We are not a discount store, but sometimes some items do go on sale for special promotions and to clear seasonal stock ready for the new season items to arrive.

Offe Jewellers best price guarantee will ensure your piece of mind. If you purchase an item and the same item goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase, we will happily give you a store credit for the difference. You are required to bring the item and your receipt in-store during the promotional period. This offer does not apply to special orders, Layby's, Pandora & Swarovski.
