Everyone is different and it is impossible to stock every ring in every finger size. At Offe Jewellers, we stock an ‘average’ finger size. If this does not fit you, we can size the ring to fit, or on most occasions we can order the ring in your size specially for you.

When making a purchase in your store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Most rings can be re-sized depending on the style and setting of the stones. If you have a ring that needs re-sizing, pop instore and we can measure your finger and assess your ring and its suitability.

A diamonds value is determined by how it rates on the 4 C’s Carat weight, colour, cut and clarity.

TDW stands for ‘total diamond weight’. Often pieces of jewellery are set with more than one diamond. TDW is the total weight of all the diamonds added together.

Carat is one of the 4 C’s of a diamond and is the unit of measurement for the size of a diamond.

Clarity relates to the visual appearance of a diamond both internally (inclusions) and on the surface (blemishes).

9ct gold bonded jewellery sold by Offe Jewellers is where the product is made with a combination of 9ct gold and sterling silver. This is where a thin sheet of gold metal and a thin sheet of silver metal are fused or bonded together and then rolled to make the gold sheet visible on the outside and the silver sheet on the inside. Then this metal is made into jewellery such as chain or bracelet links or bangles and hoops.
